Our Policies
For all services, we do require a credit card on file in order to hold your appointment. Please contact the front desk for any questions.
Salon Patine has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours OR if the guest fails to arrive to their scheduled appointment, a 50% service amount will be charged.
