Blair has been with Salon Patine for over a 15 years.  She loves the salon so much she decided to take over as owner in 2022.  Her passion for natural texture and working with what you’ve got has taken her to where she is today.  She offers something for everyone and is a Redken Certified Haircolorist along with many other trainings and certifications over the years.

Certified in numerous techniques and styles, Marisol holds many certifications that reflect her commitment to professional growth and excellence in hair care. Her expertise includes a vast array of haircuts, coloring techniques from stunning highlights to balayaging. She is well-versed in applying keratin treatments and is adept at extensions, providing clients with the full spectrum of hair transformations.

Stylist at Salon Patine since 2011. Danica is a haircutting enthusiast that enjoys cutting pixies, bobs, and shoulder length styles. Certified Redken Colorist specializing in grey coverage and grey blending and dimensional highlighting.

Susan joined Salon Patine in 2017 and brings both creativity and precision to every service. She enjoys working with a wide variety of styles from classic bouncy layers to short, choppy cuts. Susan specializes in alternative razor haircuts including shags, wolf cuts, and mullets - perfect for clients looking to express their individuality. She is Redken Color Certified, Safe Space Certified, and our Redken Salon Ambassador. Susan believes that the best haircuts are the ones that reflect your personality and unique style and she’s passionate about helping each guest feel confident and seen.

Shelby loves creating custom color and cuts to help each client feel like the best version of themselves. She also specializes in seamless extensions, and is certified in tape in, k-tips, and beaded wefts. Known for creating natural blondes, dimensional brunettes, and beachy effortless looks; Shelby brings an artistic eye and technical precision to every service. She is a Redken certified hair colorist.

Andrea is starting out her career but is no stranger to our team.  She is passionate about all highlighting to keratins and everything in between!  What makes her truly happy is seeing that boost of confidence her clients get when she shows them their finished hair.

Charlie is passionate about all things beauty. Born and raised in Santa Barbara county, it’s no wonder why she’s inspired by beachy, sunkissed color and perfectly un-done styles. She specializes in low maintenance, lived-in color and loves educating her clients on styling their natural textured hair. There’s nothing she loves more than tailoring each and every appointment to her clients specific needs and getting to connect along the way. On her days off you'll find her on a beach walk with family or enjoying happy hour with friends!

Zaira (also known as “Z”) is a Santa Barbara native and Paul Mitchel School graduate (2012). She joined Salon Patine in 2023, Zaira has already found her niche in creating stunning perms, vibrant colors, and beautiful transformations as well as being certified in Brazilian and Keratin treatments. Dedicated to making sure her clients leave with not only gorgeous but healthy hair and believes that education is key to growth and is always seeking to expand her skills. Whether you're looking to switch up your style or give your hair some TLC, Zaira loves to bring your inspiration to life!

Cecilia started her career on the East Coast with salon and barber shop experience. Loving it out West, she has been with Salon Patine since 2024. She has a special love for crafting shaggy haircuts, lived in color, and sharp, stylish men’s cuts. She is always down for a challenge with her wide variety of skills! Her approach blends current trends with each client’s personal style, making every appointment a custom experience.

Martha has 13 years of experience in the hair industry. She graduated from Paul Mitchell cosmetology school and has continued her education ever since including becoming a Redken Certified Colorist and courses with Vidal Sassoon. Martha feels incredibly fortunate to have worked with clients along California's central coast. She specializes in creating lived-in color and balayage for a low maintenance color. Connecting with clients and bringing their vision to life is what drives her passion and love for hair!

Dasha began her career with creating content for a salon and fell in love with hair and the industry.  Dasha specializes in seamlessly blended balayages, custom color transformations, transitional color melts and Brazilian blowouts. She is constantly seeking continuing education on what’s current and trending in the hair industry.

Front Desk Manager

Sarah is one of the friendly faces that greets you the moment you walk into our salon! A Santa Barbara local with 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, she’s been an integral part of our front desk team since joining us in 2023. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, Sarah ensures every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Sarah is also trained in product knowledge with multiple brands, including Redken and Pureology. Don’t hesitate to ask her for recommendations. Sarah’s got you covered!

Color Education Department Head

Former co-owner of Salon Patine for 29 years, Sarah is an American Board certified colorist and a Redken Certified Haircolorist.  Sarah’s entire focus has been doing beautiful natural haircolor especially when it comes to grey coverage and grey blending.  She currently lives out of state but still is head of our education department and enjoys teaching a strong color foundation to our associates and staff-virtually and in person.
